View Answer With Cinemasutra.com you'll get unlimited Disc rentals delivered straight to your home or office for one low flat monthly fee. Login at the website, add movies to your personal movie queue and we'll ship them to you right away! a. Create Your Movie Queue on-line from the largest Disc library in Singapore. b. We'll mail you Discs according to your list. c. Keep the Discs as long as you want. There are no due dates. d. After you finish watching a movie, return a Disc in the pre-paid envelopes attached. How much does it cost? View Answer Our most popular plan is the 3-Disk Plan. This plan entitles you to borrow 3 disks at a time for S$34.95 a month. There is NO LIMIT to the number of movies you can borrow in that month. As with all of our plans, there are no additional charges. View Answer We have a full range of movies, from the hottest new releases to the timeless classics. Asian, family, romance, action, documentaries, .we've got it all! While there are no independent sources to verify, our Disc library is recognized as the latest collection of Discs in Singapore. All titles are approved by the Media Development Authority (MDA) and reviewed by the Board of Film Censors. How does the free shipping work? View Answer Add movies to Your Movie Queue and they should arrive in your letterbox in about 1-3 business days. Enclosed with that movie will be a pre-paid business reply envelope. When you're ready to post back the movie to us, simply put it in the business reply envelope and drop it in any SingPost collection box (the normal way you post any other letter). You don't need to pay for any postage as the envelope is already pre-paid by us! Once we receive the movie, we'll post out the next available movie in Your Movie Queue right away! You can remove any titles or change the requested priority of any movie at any time. How are TV series disks shipped? View Answer When we receive a returned movie from you, we will ship you the next available movie in Your Movie Queue. TV Series disks are treated specially within our system. Only the earliest disk in a series is shipped, regardless of its order in Your Movie Queue. This is to avoid shipping you say the 5th disk of a series before we've shipped you the 4th disk (we assume you wouldn't want to watch the 5th disk of a series before seeing the 4th disk). So if you're wondering why you have all 7 disks of a TV series in Your Movie Queue and why we haven't shipped any to you, now you know it's because the earliest disk in your series is not currently available. How fast will I get my Discs? View Answer We process movies every business day Monday through Friday. If you are due a movie that we have in stock it will be shipped on that very same day. Again, shipping is done by Singapore Post and 95% of our outgoing movies are received by our members within 2 business days. Most of them are received within 1 business day. How long is the Free Trial membership? View Answer Your free trial membership lasts 14 days. After that period expires, you will be automatically billed the monthly membership fee unless you cancel before the end of the free trial period. See the Terms & Conditions for all details. How many Discs can I rent during my Free Trial? View Answer There is no limit to the number of movies you can rent during the free trial period of your membership.
