These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C" or "Agreement", both terms to be used interchangeably) govern the use of the www.videoclicks.com.sg website (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Miracle Media Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Cinemasutra.com") and is offered to you (hereinafter referred to as "Member") as per your agreement with and acceptance of this document (hereinafter referred to as "Membership"). By clicking on the box entitled "I Have Read And Accept The Terms & Conditions" as part of the registration process, Member accepts all items in the T&C and agrees to abide by and be legally bound by the T&C.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Cinemasutra.com provides an online movie rental Service to its Members. Cinemasutra.com currently provides these movie rentals in VCD, Disc and Blu Ray format; however Cinemasutra.com reserves the right to supply these movies in any format it chooses. The Service currently allows Member to rent an unlimited number of Discs, for a fixed monthly membership fee in Singapore Dollars (hereinafter referred to as "Fee"). The Fee is currently set at S$104.86, S$69.55, S$41.73, S$33.17 and S$22.47 for the 8-Disk Plan, 5-Disk Plan, 3-Disk Plan, 2-Disk Plan and 1-Disk Plan respectively, but is subject to change at any time and at the absolute discretion of Cinemasutra.com.
A visitor to the site becomes a Member by signing up for the Service. Once becoming a Member, Member can view the title list of movies offered by Cinemasutra.com. Member can then request the rental of any movie on the list. Once requested, the movie is added to Member's queue list. Currently the maximum number of movies in any one Member's queue list is fifty (50); however Cinemasutra.com reserves the right to change this maximum at any time.
After Member's Membership is approved, Cinemasutra.com will mail Member movies in Member's queue list via post (although Cinemasutra.com reserves the right to deliver the Disc to Member in any manner it deems appropriate). Member may keep these Discs for an unlimited period of time (subject to certain conditions including but not limited to Member continuing to promptly pay the Fee, Member's Membership being in orderly and acceptable status to Cinemasutra.com, and at the sole discretion of Cinemasutra.com) without incurring any late fees. Member returns the Discs to Cinemasutra.com by post at no cost to Member (so long as Member uses the enclosed Business Reply Envelope).
When Cinemasutra.com receives the returned Disc from Member, the next available movie in Member's queue list is then sent to Member. The maximum number of movies rented out to a particular Member at any one time is one (1) if Member is on the 1-Disk Plan, three (3) if Member is on the 3-Disk Plan, five (5) if Member is on the 5-Disk Plan, and eight (8) if Member is on the 8-Disk Plan; this quantity may however be changed at any time by Cinemasutra.com.
a. Sign Up
A visitor may sign up for the Service at the www.videoclicks.com.sg website. Visitor must provide a valid email address, valid mailing address and valid credit card to PayPal to apply for the Service. During the registration process visitor will be asked to provide personal information including but not limited to name, delivery address, telephone number and NRIC/ID. Please review the Cinemasutra.com Privacy Policy for information on how Cinemasutra.com uses the personal information. After the registration process has been completed and the application has been approved by Cinemasutra.com, Member's credit card will be charged the Fee (plus GST if applicable). Cinemasutra.com reserves the right to decline any application for any reason whatsoever and in no case shall Cinemasutra.com be required to disclose the reason for rejection. Each household is entitled to only one Membership with the Service. A specific credit card can only be used for one Membership with the Service. A specific email address can be used for only one Membership with the Service.
b. Free Trial Period
From time to time Cinemasutra.com may offer a free trial period for its Service (to some or all visitors to the site). This free trial period may be instituted and/or canceled at any time by and at the sole discretion of Cinemasutra.com. The free trial period is currently fourteen (14) days but is subject to change at any time. As with the general sign up service, visitor must provide a valid email address, valid mailing address and valid credit card to apply for the Service. After completing the registration process for the free trial period, visitor's credit card may be authorized for up to one month of service to verify authenticity of the credit card and to protect Cinemasutra.com from theft and fraud. Note, that during this free trial period, no charges will be made against the card. However, for Members using a debit card, a S$1 Pre-Authorization charge will be deducted. The S$1 will be refunded to the Member after the free trial period.
During the free trial period, Cinemasutra.com may impose a stricter limit on the maximum number of Discs out to a Member at any one time. This limit is currently two (2) Discs for those Members signing up for the 2-Disk Plan and three (3) Discs for all other Members, but may be changed at any time by and at the sole discretion of Cinemasutra.com.
To cancel before the expiry of the free trial period, Member must complete the following before the expiry of the free trial period.
1) Login to the website and submit cancellation request duly and properly.
2) Return all outstanding Discs to Cinemasutra.com.
Failure to do so will result in Cinemasutra.com charging Member the replacement cost of the unreturned Discs + 50% of the cost as handling charge, after which Cinemasutra.com will then cancel Member's membership. All charges are non-refundable. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure there is adequate time for SingPost to deliver the disks back to Cinemasutra.com.
If Member does not submit any cancellation request before the expiry of the free trial period, Member is deemed to wish to continue the service and Cinemasutra.com will commence charging the Fee. In no situations will the Fee be reimbursed, and once charged Member agrees to accept the charge.
In no way shall Cinemasutra.com be responsible for any Discs that are late due to slow delivery by Singapore Post. Should Members wish to cancel before the expiry of the free trial period but cannot successfully complete due to lost or unreturned Discs, Member should email their cancellation request to help@videoclicks.com.sg five (5) days before the expiry of the free trial period stating Member's situation and request. Cinemasutra.com will then charge Member replacement cost of the unreturned Discs + 50% of the cost as handling charge. Cinemasutra.com will then cancel Member's membership.
c. Terms of Membership
Member can access information relating to the terms of Member's Membership at the website. The Account Info section allows Member to review information such as commencement date of the Service, end date of free trial period, billing information including address and contact numbers. Member will also have the ability to change credit card details (which Cinemasutra.com will then verify authenticity and status of card). If Member signs up for a free trial period, Member must cancel prior to the end of the trial period. A Member who signs up for the free trial period will be billed the Fee for the Service at the end of the free trial period should Member fail to submit cancellation request before the free trial expiration date for any reason whatsoever.
d. Request Movies Period
Member can view complete list of movie titles offered for rental at the website. This list is updated regularly as new titles are added by Cinemasutra.com. Movie titles can be reviewed by clicking on a category of movie (such as action, new release, comedy, etc) or by performing a movie search (title, director, actor, etc). Clicking on the image of a movie provides the Member with detailed information of that particular movie. Member can then decide to rent or not; if rent is chosen then the movie title is added to the Member's queue list.
e. Movie Queue
Each Member is responsible for maintaining his or her individual movie queue list of requested movies. This queue list has a maximum of fifty (50) titles (subject to change by Cinemasutra.com), which are those movies that a Member wishes to rent. The queue list can be updated or modified at any time by the Member, which includes removing a title from the queue list or changing the order of specific movies within the queue list. Keeping his or her queue list as full as possible ensures a certain Member can receive as many movie rentals as possible within the parameters of the Service, thus maximizing his or her benefits of using the Service.
The Member is also able to see what Discs have been shipped to him or her and on the specific date. It is the responsibility of the Member to inform Cinemasutra.com should a Disc be on this list of shipped items yet is not in the possession of Member.
f. Shipping of Discs
Cinemasutra.com will mail Member available movies in Member's queue list individually via post. Maximum number of movies out to a Member shall be based on Member's disk plan. Cinemasutra.com does not make any representations or guarantees as to delivery times (as actual delivery times may vary depending on a) available inventory, b) delivery address, c) timing of rental request, and d) circumstances impacting mail delivery and which are beyond the control of Cinemasutra.com); however most Members are likely to receive Discs within 1-2 business days. An email is sent to Member after a Disc is shipped to Member. Upon receipt of a Disc, Member should make sure the Disc is in good condition and plays properly. Member should inform Cinemasutra.com immediately if there is any problem.
When ready to return a movie, Member places Disc into the appropriate Disc sleeve, places the sleeve into the pre-paid Business Reply Envelope that has the Cinemasutra.com mailing address on it, then posts the package. Upon receipt of the Disc by Cinemasutra.com, a receipt-confirmation email is sent to Member.
There is no shipping cost to the Member.
g. Billing
By signing up for the Service, Member authorizes Cinemasutra.com to charge his or her credit card the Fee (plus GST if applicable) on an ongoing monthly basis. Each Member has a Payment Day, which is the day of the month Member's billing cycle starts.
On the first Payment Day (which is the day Member's Membership starts which in the case of a free trial period is the day the free trial period ends), Cinemasutra.com will charge the Fee to the Member. This Fee covers one month's Service from that day forward. At the next Payment Day, the Fee is charged again to the Member, to cover an additional month's Service. This monthly billing will continue until either the Member or Cinemasutra.com cancels the Service. Any cancellation request by Member must be done at the website under Account Info before the Payment Day, and is subject to approval by Cinemasutra.com (namely subject to compliance with the T&C including the return of all outstanding Discs in the possession of Member). It is Member's responsibility to ensure adequate time for SingPost to deliver the disks back to Cinemasutra.com. Cinemasutra.com will process the cancellation request promptly (usually within 2 business days). Member understands and accepts that Cinemasutra.com does not give refunds of the monthly Fee (in full or in part) for partially used memberships in any circumstances.
Member may change credit card data at the Account Info section of the website. The new credit card data is then checked for approval by Cinemasutra.com.
All information relating to the Member's billing cycle may be found in the Account Info section of the website. In the event that rented Discs are damaged or Discs are not returned (or situations where Member has violated this Agreement to the economic loss of Cinemasutra.com), Member agrees that Cinemasutra.com retains the right to charge Member's credit card for the loss (replacement cost of the Discs) + 50% of the loss as a handling charge.
h. Fees Subject to Changed
Cinemasutra.com reserves the right to change the Fee and/or charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time at any time and at it's sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
i. Refund Policy
Cinemasutra.com does not offer refunds to its Members. Once a monthly Membership period begins (i.e. on the Payment Day), the Member's credit card is charged. There are no refunds (in whole or in part) of Fees paid should a Member decide to cancel Service prior to the end of the Membership month.
Cinemasutra.com does not offer refunds for the 50% handling charge incurred for Discs replacement cost.
j. Promotions
From time to time, Cinemasutra.com may conduct special promotions with or without promotional partners. The promotional offers may apply to any Disk Plan, depending on the exact promotion and at the full discretion of the Company. By signing up for a specific promotion, Member authorizes Cinemasutra.com to charge his or her credit card the Fee (plus GST if applicable) on an upfront basis according to the terms of the specific promotion. These upfront payments are not refundable.
Member may request cancellation of promotion Service at any time. Member understands and accepts that Cinemasutra.com does not give refunds of the upfront Fee (in full or in part) for partially used memberships in any circumstances.
Member's next Payment Day is the day after the promotional subscription ends. Cinemasutra.com will automatically charge Member's credit card the Fee on an ongoing monthly basis without any hassle to Member. Unless Member cancels the Service at the website as prescribed under Cancellation Of Service in this agreement at least 2 business days before Payment Day, Cinemasutra.com will bill Member one month’s Fee to cover the next month's Service. This monthly billing will continue until either the Member or Cinemasutra.com cancels the Service.
MODIFICATION TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cinemasutra.com may modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time, as well as the policies and procedures governing the use of the Service. Any time the T&C is modified, Cinemasutra.com will post the revision to its website. Member can view the current T&C by clicking on the "Terms & Conditions" hyper link located at the bottom of most pages of the website. Cinemasutra.com may, but is under no obligation to, notify Member by sending the amended terms to Member's email address. By continuing to use the Service, Member accepts and is bound by the new and most recent version of the T&C (even if Member does not receive an email notification that a change has been made). The most recent version of the T&C supersedes all previous versions.
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS AND COOKIES
Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her Membership and password and for restricting access to his or her Membership. Member is completely responsible for any and all activities that occur under his or her Membership and must immediately notify Cinemasutra.com of any unauthorized use of the Member's Membership or any other break of security known to the Member. Should Member forget his or her password, a new password may be requested by clicking on the "Forgot Password" button located at the login page of the website. Member may change their password at any time by clicking on the Account Info section of the Cinemasutra.com website. Members are advised to change their passwords frequently and regularly.
Cinemasutra.com may place a "cookie" (a small text file) on any computer which Member might use to access the Cinemasutra.com website. The purpose of a cookie is to allow a Member to access his or her Membership quickly and easily by eliminating the need to re-enter an email address and password or other user identification each time the Member visits the website.
HANDLING OF Discs
Member agrees to treat the Discs and their packaging with extreme care at all times. The Member may need to compensate Cinemasutra.com for any Disc that is lost or returned in an unacceptable condition, beyond normal wear and tear (such wear and tear to be evaluated and judged solely by Cinemasutra.com whose decision will be final). Any such compensation will be charged to Member's credit card and he or she will be notified of these charges via email or telephone. Member understands and agrees that all Discs remain at all times the property of Cinemasutra.com and that shipping of Discs to Member in no way constitutes transfer of ownership of the Discs to Member or any other party. Cinemasutra.com reserves the right to request return of any and all Discs in the possession of Member at any time. Member understands and agrees to promptly return any Discs to Cinemasutra.com upon request, and that failure to do so within five (5) days of request makes Member liable for the cost of those Discs + 50% of that cost as a handling charge, for which Cinemasutra.com reserves the right to charge Member's credit card. Cinemasutra.com does not offer any refunds for the 50% handling charge incurred for the replacement cost of the Discs.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
Member may request cancellation of Service at any time, but must do so at the website. Request to cancel by Member in any other manner is not acceptable and will not be processed. To avoid non intended charges and disputes, Members must complete the following before Member's Payment Day.
1) Login to the website and submit cancellation request properly.
2) Return all outstanding Discs to Cinemasutra.com.
Failure to do so will result in Cinemasutra.com charging Member the replacement cost of the unreturned Discs + 50% of the cost as handling charge, after which Cinemasutra.com will then cancel Member's membership. All charges are non-refundable. It is Member's responsibility to ensure adequate time for SingPost to deliver disks back to Cinemasutra.com.
If Member does not submit any cancellation request before the Member's Payment Day, Member is deemed to wish to continue the service and Cinemasutra.com will charge the Fee. In no situations will the Fee be reimbursed, and once charged Member agrees to accept the charge.
Should Members wish to cancel before Member's Payment Day but cannot successfully due to lost or missing disks, then Member should email their cancellation request to help@videoclicks.com.sg five (5) days before Member's Payment Day stating Member's situation and request. Cinemasutra.com will then charge Member replacement cost of the unreturned Discs + 50% of the cost as handling charge. Cinemasutra.com will then cancel Member's membership.
As stated earlier, Cinemasutra.com does not provide refunds or credits for any partially used monthly Membership periods and/or the 50% handling charge incurred for the replacement cost of the Discs.
Cinemasutra.com reserves the right to cancel the Service for any Member at any time for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion and in no case shall Cinemasutra.com be required to reveal the reason to any party (including the Member). In such case, Cinemasutra.com shall not refund or return any pro-rate Fee for the remaining days of the payment month and/or the 50% handling charge incurred for the replacement cost of the Discs.
CONTENT
Cinemasutra.com offers and delivers to Member motion picture and other filmed entertainment in Disc format. Cinemasutra.com may offer Member the ability to post individual comments or reviews about the entertainment, which is provided. Any and all opinions, statements, recommendations, services, offers, or any other information whatsoever that constitutes part of the content stated or made available by third parties on the Cinemasutra.com website belongs to the respective authors or producers and not to Cinemasutra.com or its shareholders, directors, officers, or employees. Member's reliance on the information obtained through the Cinemasutra.com website is at Member's own risk and as such neither Cinemasutra.com, its shareholders, directors, officers or employees shall be held liable for any loss or damage Member may incur based on such reliance. Furthermore, Cinemasutra.com is not responsible for the regular monitoring, review, screening or editing of any content posted by any third parties on the Cinemasutra.com website. Cinemasutra.com does, however, reserve the right to remove or edit any such content at anytime without notice.
RIGHT TO USE INFORMATION
The Member acknowledges that any content, including but not limited to comments, information, ideas, concepts, reviews or techniques, contained in any communication transmitted to the Cinemasutra.com website may be used by Cinemasutra.com free of charge for any purpose whatsoever, without any further compensation, acknowledgment or payment to the Member. This includes but is not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and creating, modifying or improving the Cinemasutra.com Service. By posting any information on the Cinemasutra.com site, Member grants Cinemasutra.com a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display, use, reproduce or modify that information.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Member expressly agrees that the use of the Service is entirely at the Member's sole risk. Cinemasutra.com is providing the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis and expressly disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Cinemasutra.com makes no warranty that the Service will meet the Member's requirements or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free. Cinemasutra.com does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via the website is accurate, complete or current. Cinemasutra.com assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Cinemasutra.com website, any failures, delays or interruptions in the shipment of Discs or delivery of any content contained on the Cinemasutra.com website, any losses or damages arising from the use of the content provided on the Cinemasutra.com website, or any conduct by users of the Cinemasutra.com website. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the Member from Cinemasutra.com or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
In no event shall Cinemasutra.com, its shareholders, directors, officers, or employees be liable (jointly or severally) for any direct, indirect, incidental, accidental, special or consequential damages of any kind (including but not limited to damage to a computer or computer accessories or other hardware of any kind, Disc or VCD or CD player of any kind, TV of any kind, or any other equipment used by the Member), or any damages whatsoever resulting from the loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles, even if Cinemasutra.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability, arising out of connection with the use or performance of the Service or the website. In any matter, Cinemasutra.com liability to its Members or to any third parties shall be limited to Singapore Dollars Two Hundred (S$200).
COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS
All content included in the Cinemasutra.com website, including text, graphics, logo, icons, designs, images, photographs, audio/video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of Cinemasutra.com or its content suppliers and is protected by both Singapore and international copyright and trademark laws. The compilation of all content on the website is the exclusive property of Cinemasutra.com and protected by Singapore and international copyright and trademark laws. Any use of any materials on this website including but not limited to distribution, reproduction or republication without the prior written consent of Cinemasutra.com and/or Cinemasutra.com Pte Ltd is strictly prohibited.

MEMBER CONDUCT
Member's use of the Service is subject to local and international laws and regulations. Member shall be fully liable for all use of the Member's Membership, including any unauthorized use of such Membership by any third party.
Member agrees a) not to use the Service in any manner other than for the business intent of Cinemasutra.com as described in the T&C; b) to comply with the laws and regulations of the authorities of Singapore including but not limited to the Media Development Authority; c) not to use the Service in a disorderly or unreasonable fashion or manner in the attempt to harass, disrupt, disturb or inconvenience the normal business operations of Cinemasutra.com; d) not to harass, threaten or badger Cinemasutra.com or any of its shareholders, directors, officers, or employees; e) not to use the Service for any illegal, immoral or unethical purposes; f) not to upload, post or email or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the Cinemasutra.com website; g) not to interfere with the servers or networks connected to the Cinemasutra.com website; and h) not to violate any of the procedures, policies or regulations of the networks connected to the Cinemasutra.com website.
Cinemasutra.com reserves the right to cancel the Service for any Member at any time for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion and in no case shall Cinemasutra.com be required to reveal the reason to any party (including the Member). In such case, Cinemasutra.com shall not refund or return any pro-rata Fee for the remaining days of the payment month.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Member shall indemnify, defend and hold Cinemasutra.com, and associate companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers and employees free and harmless from any and all claims or demands, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, which are made by any third party and arise from or are related to or caused by an act or omission by a Member in connection with the use of the Service, Member's violating any terms and conditions of this Agreement, or any infringement by the Member (or any other person using this Service in reliance on the Member's rights under this Agreement) of any intellectual property or other rights of any other person.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Both the Member and Cinemasutra.com may terminate the Service with or without cause at any time and such termination will become effective upon Cinemasutra.com' receipt of all outstanding Discs rented out to Member. Cinemasutra.com shall not be liable to any Member or any third party for the termination of Service or for any other matter, nor will Cinemasutra.com be liable for the refund or return of any pro-rata Membership Fee and/or the 50% handling charge incurred for the replacement cost of the Discs.
Notwithstanding any other provision of these T&C to the contrary, if Member objects to any term or condition of the most updated version of the T&C or becomes dissatisfied with the Service in any way, then Member's sole and exclusive remedy shall be to a) discontinue use of the Service; b) request cancellation of Service; and c) inform Cinemasutra.com of such cancellation request. Member's right to use the Service shall immediately cease upon the request of cancellation.
Cinemasutra.com reserves the right to cancel the Service for any Member at any time for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion and in no case shall Cinemasutra.com be required to reveal the reason to any party (including the Member). In such case, Cinemasutra.com shall not refund or return any pro-rata Fee for the remaining days of the payment month and/or the 50% handling charge incurred for the replacement cost of the Discs.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Member acknowledges that Member's right to use the Service is subject to the following limitations:
1. The Service is available only to natural persons.
2. The Service is available to residents of Singapore only, with a valid NRIC/ID.
3. The Member must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service.
4. Cinemasutra.com will allow only one (1) Membership per name and/or household.
5. Cinemasutra.com will allow only one (1) Membership per credit card.
6. Cinemasutra.com will allow only one (1) Membership per email address.
The rights to the Service granted to the Member under the T&C are personal to the Member. The Member may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer or agree to transfer all or any portion of those rights without the prior written consent of Cinemasutra.com, which consent may be withheld in the absolute discretion of Cinemasutra.com.
Member is to use the Cinemasutra.com website for personal and non-commercial use only. The Member may not download, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any information contained on, or obtained from the Cinemasutra.com website without Cinemasutra.com' express written consent. Any unauthorized use of the Cinemasutra.com site or its contents is prohibited.
HYPERLINKS
Cinemasutra.com may have certain hyper links on its website which lead to other websites that are not controlled by or related to Cinemasutra.com. Similarly, other websites may have certain links to the Cinemasutra.com website. Cinemasutra.com has not reviewed any of these websites and is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of these individual websites and visitors, users and Members use these links at their own risk.
ARBITRATION
All disputes which arise under the T&C or in connection with the services to be delivered hereunder, and which are not resolved within thirty (30) days following the delivery by one party to the other of a written notice invoking the arbitration provisions of this Section shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the Republic of Singapore. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment thereon shall be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction. The Member acknowledges and agrees that by consenting to the T&C, the Member is waiving his or her right to have a jury trial for any disputes arising under the T&C or in connection with the services to be delivered hereunder.
MISCELLANEOUS
The T&C is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Member and Cinemasutra.com agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. If any provision of the T&C is determined by an arbitrator to be contrary to law, then such provision shall be construed as nearly as possible to reflect the intentions of the parties and the other provisions of this T&C shall remain in full force and effect.
Cinemasutra.com at any time and from time to time may assign its rights and delegate its duties under this T&C without the prior consent of the Member. Cinemasutra.com' failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the T&C shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Cinemasutra.com in writing.
Member and Cinemasutra.com agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to this Service must commence within three (3) months after the cause of action arose; otherwise such cause of action is permanently barred.
The section titles in the T&C are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.
